1. Purposes and Brief Introduction
This toggle-type jaw crusher is widely used by a wide range of industries, such as
mining, smelting, building construction, highwayconstruction, railway
construction, water conservation, chemical industry, etc.
This crusher is driven by electromotor through motor pulley, and eccentric shaft
is driven by v-belt and grooved pulley, to make movable jaw reciprocate on desired
track. As a result, it will crush materials which enter crushing cavity which is
surrounded by fixed jaw, movable jaw and side fender. Finally, it will dischargefinished materials from nether discharge opening.
Any relevant controller or operator must read this instruction carefully, operating
this crusher strictly according to the rules and sequence in this instruction. Let’s

Note: Processing capacity of this crusher is affected by a variety offactors, such
as feeding mode, material shape, size composition, material humidity, material
hardness, etc. It is easier to crush materials which are hard and crisp than the
ones hard and tough; it is easier to crush flake-shaped materials than ball-shaped
ones; it gains higher productivity to crusher mixed materials which are made up of
different grain sizes than the ones made up of singlegrain size. Otherwise,
materials which are large than max. feed size or block feed opening will cause the
reduction of processing capacity.
The nominal performance parameter of this crusher is based on the crushing
materials’ factors which are dry and medium hard, with a bulk density of 1.6t/cb.m.
In order to improve the capacity and operating life, it must meet the requirement
of uniformfeeding. As a result, it’s better to set up a vibrating feeder which
is able to go with this jaw crusher.
