1. Name of product: “Muesliexplosion nuts”
Originary from Switzerland the muesli is a mixture of healthy cereals, fruits and nuts with a honey’s dash
2. Mission statement: to provide a healthy and nutritive product createdunder the best quality of hygiene for people who loves take care of their health.
3. Objectives:
Short: 3 months to achieve a 10 percent return on investment
Medium: 6 months to increasemarket from 40 percent to 50 percent by promotion our product in most of the supermarkets in Puebla.
Large: 1 year to spend the 20 percent of sales to develop new cereal products

* Not enough technology
* Don’t have manyeconomical resources
