INTRODUCTION

1. This document is intended to serve as a basis for a common understanding between Company and Contractor about the conditions to be met in order to achieve the Mechanical Completion of the System as defined in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contract for the Tamazunchale Pipeline Project between Transportadorade Gas Natural de La Huasteca, S. de R.
