Properties
COHESIÓN: (cohesion) Resistencia que tienen los átomos paraque no los separen.
ELASTICIDAD: (elasticity) Capacidad que tiene un cuerpo de recuperar la forma después de haber estirado mucho.
PLASTICIDAD: (plasticity) Capacidad que tiene un material dedesformarse permanentemente después de un golpe. Si el material puede desformarse en láminas muy finas es maleable, y si se desforma en alambres o hilos es material dúctil.
DUREZA: (hardness) Mayor o menorresistencia que presenta un material a dejarse rayar o penetrar.
FRAGILIDAD: (fragility) Facilidad con la que un material se rompe por la acción de un golpe o impacto. Opuesto: resiliente(resilience)
FATIGA: (fatigue) Capacidad que tiene un material para resistir deformaciones sucesivas de distinto sentido y magnitud.
COLABILIDAD: (colability) Capacidad de un material fundido para llenar unmolde ocupando todos sus huecos.
