PERFORACION Y VOLADURA MASIVA EN TALADROS LARGOS CON
PRESENCIA DE AGUA

RESUMEN
El presente trabajo básicamente es para dar
a conocer la experiencia realizada en
perforación y voladura en la mina Iscaycruz,
actualmente en la mina se viene aplicando el
método de minado Hundimientopor subniveles
con aplicación de taladros largos, en su primera
etapa la preparación horizontal por dos niveles
con una distancia de 25 metros en vertical y los
tajos de mineral con dimensiones de 15x30x25
en promedio dependiendo de la potencia del
cuerpo mineralizado, el siguiente paso a realizar
es la preparación de la chimenea de 25 en VCR
que nos servirá de cara libre y ventilaciónpara
el área a perforar, una vez comunicada la
chimenea se procede a perforar en positivo
vertical incluido los abanicos, luego se procede
al carguio verificando las zonas donde hay
bastante filtración para perforar los taladros de
drenaje adyacentes y evitar que se acumule
agua en los taladros a cargar , los taladros que
contienen filtración de agua es necesario el
carguio aplicando lasbolsas de 2” de diámetro
de material polietileno con un espesor de 7
micras
que es resistente a la fricción al
momento de carguio, también cabe mencionar
que los taladros con filtración generalmente se
carga al final del proceso, el carguio de material
explosivo se realiza utilizando un equipo
llamado ANFOTRUCK para dar mayor
versatilidad a nuestra operación.
El siguiente paso se procede asu limpieza total
del tajo para que después se realice el
levantamiento topográfico y así tener una altura
real de la voladura en su primera fase, luego se
procede ala perforación por la parte superior en
vertical y negativo se procede se procede al
carguio con el mismo procedimiento anterior
quedando en su totalidad del banco listo para la
limpieza y luego el relleno.

generally it is loaded at the end of process, The charge
of explosive material carries out using an
equipment(team) so called anfotruck to give major
versatility to our operation.
