INTRODUCTION

This final project is about that I will ally with farmers, and create together a new project or a business plan, in order to sell or supply products to other companies or enterprise with our production.

My job will be to take the production to the companies and offer the best business between us, but before that, request support from a businessincubator and make the company larger and better, and then, sell the production.

This assignment will name the steps or elements necessary for an enterprise and company.
This project will include the plan that will determine the company’s future.

To produce the best products with the highest quality, with partnerships and agreements with the most of companies aimed to sell that kind of products, with a high innovation using the newest methods of production.
To be present abroad as a transnational company, in order to generate more jobs abroad.
And the main goal consists on being one of the greatestexporters in our country.

MonteFruit supplies other enterprises specialized in selling general products as fruits, vegetables, etc.
Our production includes vegetables, fruits, hams, fruit cans, juices and all kind of product that involves fruits.

We also provide other kinds of products to companies that needsuppliers and want to have the best profit and benefits for both companies.

We offer the transportation system, always being there on time and with an excellent service. Finally, we offer the best treat with our customers and partnerships, the best supplier-service and the best harvest.

MonteFruit produces its own products, using the most innovative and newtechniques of production in agriculture, with one big team work composed of different types of employees with a specific function.

The structure of employees is composed by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on the top, then, the general manager who receives all the reports from each different department in the company.
