END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR IK Multimedia Product Pleasereadthisdocumentcarefullybeforebreakingthesealonthemediapackage.Thisagreement licensestheenclosedsoftwaretoyouandcontainswarrantyandliabilitydisclaimers. By breaking the seal on the media envelope, you areconfirming to have taken notice of terms and conditionsofthisagreementandyouacknowledgeyouracceptanceofthesoftwareaswellasyour acceptanceofthetermsofthisagreement.Ifyoudonotwishtodoso,donotbreaktheseal.Instead, promptlyreturntheentirepackage,includingtheunopenedmediapackage,tothedealerfromwhom youhaveobtainedit,forafullrefund.1)DEFINITIONS “EULA”meansthisenduserlicenseagreement “IKMultimediaProduct”meansthesoftwareprogramincludedintheenclosedpackage,andallrelated updatessuppliedbyIKMultimedia. “IKMultimediaProduct”meansthesoftwareprogramandhardware(ifany)includedintheenclosedpackage,therelateddocumentation,models,multimediacontent(suchasanimation,soundandgraphics)andallrelatedupdatessuppliedbyIKMultimedia. “Notforresale(NFR)Version”meansaversionofIKMultimediaProduct,soidentified,isintendedfor reviewandevaluationpurposes,only. 2)LICENSE The“IKMultimediaProduct”isprotectedbycopyrightlawsandinternationalcopyrighttreaties,aswellasotherintellectualpropertylawsandtreaties.The“IKMultimediaProduct”islicensed,notsold.This EULAgrantsyoutherightsasspecifiedherebelow.Allotheractionsandmeansofusagearereserved tothewrittenpermissionoftherightholderIKMultimediaProductionSrl: Applications Software. The “IK Multimedia Product” may be used only by you. You may install and usethe“IKMultimediaProduct”,oranypriorversionthereofforthesameoperatingsystem,onuptofive(5)computers,providedthat(a)eachcomputerisownedby(orleasedto)andundertheexclusive controlofthelicensee;(b)theprogram(s)shallNOTbeusedsimultaneouslyonmorethanonemachine, and(c)anycomputer(s)withIKMultimediasoftwareinstalledshallnotbesold,rented,leased,loaned or otherwise be removed from the licensee’s possession without first removing(uninstalling) the licensedsoftware,exceptasprovidedinParagraph4(below)pertainingto“SoftwareTransfer”. Storage/Network use.Youmayalsostoreorinstallacopyofthe“IKMultimediaProduct”onastorage device,suchasanetworkserver,usedonlytoinstallorrunthe“IKMultimediaProduct”onyourothercomputersoveraninternalnetwork;however,youmustacquireanddedicateadistinctlicenseforeach userofthe“IKMultimediaProduct”fromthestoragedevice.Anygivenlicenseforthe“IKMultimedia Product”maynotbesharedorusedconcurrentlyorotherwiseondifferentcomputersorbydifferent developersinagivenorganization. 3)AUTHORIZATION The“IKMultimediaProduct”onlyfunctionswhenyouhaveauthorizedit.The“IKMultimediaProduct”willbeauthorizeduponcompletingtheauthorizationprocedure.Onceyourproductisauthorized,you mayuseit. Youagreetofollowtheauthorizationprocedureandwillprovidetrue,accurateandcompleteinformationaboutyourself.Ifyouprovideanyinformationthatisuntrue,inaccurate,notcorrectorincomplete, orIKMultimediahasreasonablegroundstosuspectthatsuchinformationisuntrue,inaccurate,notcorrectorincomplete,IKMultimediahastherighttosuspendortorevokethelicense. Theterminationofthelicenseshallbewithoutprejudicetoanyrights,whatsoever,ofIKMultimedia.
