1. “Live While We´re Young” One Direction, I relate this song to the book because the guys approach their adolescence3 as much as they can´t in a very healthy way but Ithink for example Pony does this because he has Darry and Sodapop as future images and probably he is “shooting” more to be like Sodapop but he will want some Darry attitudes but he sees a difficultadult life and so he approaches his adolescence as much as he can, however he is only 14.
2. “We Are Young” Fun, As song #1 I do kind of the same relation and most of all with the night rumbles andwith kind of a love triangle between Bob, Cherry and Pony. This song relates a nightclub love story but the part when it says”…so let´s set the world on fire..” makes a connection in my mind of thefights between the socs and the greasers.
3. “Die Young” Kesha, “…let´s make the most of the night like we´re gonna die young…” this phrase I relate it to Ponyboy and Johnny adventures and withSodapop and their life style, since they have in their poorness very happy moments in their gang.
4. “Firework” Katy Perry, I connect the first part of the song: “…. Do you ever feel like a plasticbag drifting trough the wind wanting to start again…” I make a connection between them because of Johnnys´ family problems and how he would probably felt.
5. “ Getting Started” Pitbull ft.Shakira, “..Everytime I look into your eyes 
I feel like I could stare in them for a lifetime..” I make a connection between this fragment of this song to the part of the story when Cherry and Pony metwhere they have kind of an attraction to each other and I think peoples life is an important part and so I think Cherry could have attract to Pony because of his eyes.
6. “ Memories” David Guetta,“…All the crazy ***** I did tonight,Those are the best memories. I just wanna let it go for the night, That would be the best therapy for me…” I make a relationship between this fragment and the...
