CERTIFICACION DE LOS ESTADOS FINANCIEROS
Nosotros el Representante legal y el Contador certificamos que hemos preparado el Estado Financiero Básico: Balance General, a Diciembre 31 de 2012, de acuerdo con la Ley 222 de 1995, Decreto 1406/99 y el Decreto 2649 de 1993 incluyendo sus correspondientes Notas a losEstados Financieros que forman un todo indivisible con estos. Los procedimientos de valuación, valoración y presentación han sido aplicados uniformemente con los del año en curso y refleja razonablemente la situación financiera de la Empresa al 31 de diciembre de 2012; así como los resultados de sus operaciones: Las cifras incluidas son fielmente tomadas de los libros oficiales y auxiliaresrespectivos. No hemos tenido conocimiento de irregularidades que involucren a miembros de la Administración o empleados, que puedan tener efecto de importancia relativa sobre los estados financieros enunciados.
