INTRODUCTION
After the World War Second, there was a huge emergency to do something in order to prevent another war and help people who have been almost completely damaged. Some countries were left destroyed; children without houses, most of them were orphans andothers had no arms, nor legs. Regarding this big problem, the worldwide powers joined looking forward to finding a fast solution. Even though they created the League of Nations to stop a possible war, it was in vain.
The United Nations, the World Bank and UNESCO were primarily created to limit the countries when buying armament, created to guarantee peace among the nations with conflicts, and tolend money to the countries which were totally devastated and needed urgently money in order to recover from the debts and terrible unemployment they were suffering.

This experience led international leaders to conclude that economic cooperation was the only way to achieve both peace and prosperity, at home and abroad.
