REPORT

In the past,like 40 years ago, the society was very different. My parents had to follow some rules that my grandparents gave to them for example some of those rules are that they aren’t allowed to go tonocturnal parties, maybe due to the insecurity in the nights, but in the school they had several walks to some parks and swimming pools. In the houses, sometimes the girls had to help to her moms in thehousehold chores washing the dishes after the meals or cleaning the floor or the house in general, starting with their own rooms. The parents used to tell their sons off due to things like lose the moneyof any errand that they told to their sons or to arrive late to the house, and the teachers used to hit the students with a ruler if they hadn’t learned the last lesson or if they had done somethingbad. Other punishments were to stay in feet with the arms raised or with a book in the head and don’t have break. In those times was obligation to stay in the school every sundays in the morning withthe daily uniform to then, go to the church to listen to the mass. My grandmother usually combed the hair of my father when he was an adolescent, because he had the idea to get my father ready for go tothe school. My parents couldn’t wear piercings or to had a tattoo. The girls weren’t allowed to have a boyfriend until they had 18 years old. The children had to go to sleep at 8:00 pm and to get upearly because they only studied in the mornings and not in the afternoons. In the schools the students had a subject called politeness and in there they had to learn some basic things that they willbe able to apply in their lives in the future.
