RESUMEN
El presente trabajo, es una investigación de tipo no experimental, por el nivel de relación que se establece en las hipótesis es descriptivo correlacional con diseño transversal.Se plantea el siguiente problema general: ¿Qué relación existe entre la percepción de los maestristas de la Facultad de Educación de la UAP, en la Mención Docencia Universitaria y Gestión Educativa, sobre las estrategias didácticas aplicadas por los docentes de la Maestría y la influencia que tienen en su desarrollo personal? La hipótesis general que se sustenta es: La percepción de losmaestristas de la Facultad de Educación de la UAP, en la Mención Docencia Universitaria y Gestión Educativa , sobre las estrategias didácticas aplicadas por los docentes de la Maestría tiene relación significativa con la influencia que ejercen en su desarrollo personal.
Las variables de estudio son: estrategias didácticas y desarrollo personal.
La población de estudio está constituida porsetenta y ocho estudiantes de Maestría de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Alas Peruanas (UAP), en la Mención Docencia Universitaria y Gestión Educativa, quienes cursan estudios en los Ciclos: I (Grupos A y B) y III (Grupos A y B) de la modalidad presencial, con matrícula y asistencia vigente en el periodo lectivo 2012-I.
Del análisis estadístico efectuado, se encontró que lasvariables de estudio estrategias didácticas y desarrollo personal guardan relación directa positiva.
ABSTRACT
This work is a non-experimental research, the level of relationship that is established in the hypothesis is descriptive correlational cross-sectional design.
This raises the following general problem: What is the relationship between perception of maestristas of the Faculty ofEducation of the UAP, the University Teaching Citation and Educational Management, on the teaching strategies implemented by teachers in the Masters and the influence have in their personal development? The general hypothesis is based is: The perception of maestristas of the Faculty of Education of the UAP, the University Teaching Citation and Educational Management, on teaching strategies applied bythe Master teachers has significant relationship with the influence in their personal development.
The variables studied are: teaching strategies and personal development.The study population consists of seventy-eight students of Master of the Faculty of Education at the University Peruvian Wings (UAP) at the University Teaching Citation and Educational Management, who are studying inCycles: I (Groups A and B) and III (Groups A and B) of the modality, with current enrollment and attendance in the period 2012-I school.
From the statistical analysis performed, we found that the study variables and learning strategies directly related personal development positive.
