a. Resumen del fragmento
En el fragmento aparecen personas opinando de las percepciones, y convergen en que lo que ve el cerebro es lo que tenemos capacidad de ver es decir aquello de lo que tenemos conocimiento o experiencia, aparece el ejemplo de una persona dormida acomodando un departamento ejemplificando que nosotros creamos la realidad, siemprepercibimos algo después del reflejo del espejo de la memoria, mencionan los analistas que para nuestro no hay diferencia entre lo que ocurre en nuestro interior y en el exterior, es asible que no podamos salir a ver que hay realmente afuera. Ejemplifican en la película la llegada de las carabelas de Colón a America mencionan que los nativos no las veían pues no tenían registrado como experiencia elhaber visto antes algo similar.
b. Marco teórico
1.-“La única película que se transmite en el cerebro es la que tenemos la capacidad de ver”

Que en resumen refuerzan el que lopercibido en el hambiente es lo que alimenta nuestro conocimiento y determina nuestro comportamiento.
2.-“Nosotros creamos la realidad”

En este punto tocando unpoco el tema de el desempeño en una organización el conocimiento llevado dentro de la organización es tanto el que viene del exterior como el que estando dentro de la misma se desarrolla gracias a la creatividad y a las nuevas ideas.

Refiriendonos a la teoria del aprendizaje relacionanmos esta parte del fragmento de la película conel que el aprendizaje ocurre observando otros y las consecuencias de tener un determinado comportamiento.
