TOPIC: Revision ofverb “To Be” affirmative form.
PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE: Basic vocabulary (colours, school objects, nouns, proper nouns), personal information, wh/questions (where are you from?, what’ s your name?)OBJECTIVE: to get students to use the verb “To Be” in suitable situations.
KEY WORDS: Names of famous people, school objects,
TEACHING MATERIALS: blackboard, copies, and flashcards.
DEVELOPMENT OF THECLASS
I will greet the students and introduce myself.
I will tell the students that we are going to make a revision about verb “TO BE”. (esto dejalo pero a la profe por ahi no le gusta q se lesdiga a los alumnus lo q se vera hoy)
I will write on the board the personal pronoun” I “and ask them to make a sentence with the correct form of verb “TO BE”. If they cannot make the sentence, I willhelp with the first one.
(yo haria:
I will write on the bb the title “personal pronouns – verb to be”, and I’ll ask the sts about the p.pronouns, and I’ll write them on the bb. Then I’ll ask themabout the verb to be, I’ll give the first and write it on the bb. “I am”, then I’ll encourage sts to say the rest of the pronouns with the conjugation of to be, for this oral exercise I’ll ask them toraise their hand in order to work in an organized way.
After having the table completed I’ll ask sts for examples with all the pronouns. Then I’ll ask for more examples but in this case replacing thepronouns with names or objects. I’ll help them if it’s necessary.
