Calculations
Work
W= Fd; W= mad
Tristian: W= (150L) (0.45kg/1L) (9.81ms2 ) (3.94m) = 2.33 x 103 J
Student | Work(J) |
Jose C. | 2.61 x 103|

Observations
* We used three stopwatches to minimize the percent error of each climber.
* When we were climbing the stairs, they were wet and slippery, sometripped at times.
* There was a lot of percent error when we measured the string used to determine the height of the stairs.
* Another source of error could have been rounding the numbers whencalculating work and power.
* The ones with less mass had less work and the ones with more mass had more work.
* Also the ones with more work and less time were the ones who got more power....
