MY DREAM HOLIDAY
I’m going on holiday for a week. I’m going on a package tour to Galapagos Island with my girlfriend and my friends since Friday, 30 october.
In a bigsuitcase I’m taking a tube of toothpaste, a bar of soap, a towel, a little shaving foam, a razor, a bit of perfume, a pair of sunglasses, a bottle of suncream, a camera, a pair of walking boots, someshorts, some swimmimg trunks and some T-shirt.
We are leaving on Friday and we are arriving in Santa Cruz on Saturday morning.
In the afternoon I’m going to Las Grietas, a landscape is madeup of interesting fissures of lava, that form two giant walls crossed by an arm of brackish water filtered from the top where it mixes with seawater. Highly recommended for swimming andsnorkeling practice, because of his transparency of its water. In the night We are staying at the Grand Hotel Lobo de Mar.
On Sunday morning We are going to the beach Tortuga Bay. It’s one of thelargest beaches of white sand of the archipelago, an excellent place for kayaking, surfing or simply walking. In the afternoon I’m walking along the coast and enjoy bird watching.
On Monday mygirlfriend and I are going to Breeding Center Fausto Llerena. There are the species of freshwater turtles and tortoises from various islands in captivity and are cared until they reach the age of 2or 3 years when they are released. We are meeting Jennifer for dinner on Monday at 6 pm.
On Tuesday morning We are moving to Puntudo, Media Luna y Cerro Crocker. These are the higher elevationsof the island where We can enjoy a fantastic view of the island and its surrounding area and surrounded by typical vegetation of the upper Santa Cruz. We are watching the nesting place of theGalapagos Petrel, birds that can only be seen while feeding in the ocean during the day.
Finally On Wednesday I’m visiting Lava Tunnels where learnt about the formation of these wonderful island.
