The Hi-Tech® system combines a unique, Polystyrene foam-core panel design with patented fastening
system, to create homes that are both durable and affordable. The erection process is easy to learn. Workers with
minimalconstruction experience can learn the process in just a few days. Window and door openings are prefabricated into the panels along with integral steel inserts and any required electrical raceways and outlet boxes. This
provides a shell system that only needs to be fastened into place. Then, with minor surface preparation and paint
application, the shell is complete and weatherproof.
A Hi-Tech® SIP(Structural Insulated Panel) shell, is both environmentally responsible and environmentally safe. It typically contains no wood so there is no risk of mildew, rot, or termite damage. With their integral
polystirene core, Hi-Tech® panels provide an insulated shell that is exceptionally energy efficient and effective against any type of adverse weather condition. Hi-Tech®’s patented wall panels come witha Brand name
fiber cement exterior skin, creating a low maintenance exterior shell with a life expectancy of 50 years or more.

A Quick way to Build Homes
Before we begin our tour of
a Hi-Tech ® home in progress, let’s take a look at what
we really offer. Our product
consists of the panelized components and hardware used to
complete the “shell” of a home.
A Hi-Tech® shell package

beams. We also have the capability of supplying additional products such as windows,
doors, trim, cabinets and most other materials needed to complete a house (our prices
are competitive, but these are not ourspecialty).
Pictures on the following pages show the construction of a single story home. All three of
our component assemblies were used including; floor, wall and roof panels.
(Our system is ideal for multiple-story homes. An example of a two-story home built with
