I.) Company Overview
A. PSN Green is a Texas Limited Liability Company that is currently affiliated with Pinturas y Solventes Del Norte, S.A. de C.V.,(PSN de Mexico). PSN de Mexico manufactures high temperature resistant coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, high-grade interior/exterior wall coatings, extra-low surface-treatment coatings, and industrialfloor coating materials.

PSN Green wishes to respond to the recycling needs of the Brownsville Housing Authority by providing recycling services.

PSN Green will pick up the recyclablematerial from the community and use the material in its manufacturing process of paints and coatings. The residual materials that are not needed in the manufacturing process will be compacted and sold tothird parties that will further recycle the material for their own purposes.


II.) Company Objectives
Recycling Education Campaign
a. In cooperation with the University of Texas at Brownsville andTexas Southmost College, PSN Green intends to implement a Recycling Education Campaign which will build off the current recycling education program developed by the UTB/TSC Go Green AssistanceCenter. The campaign will focus on areas developed and managed by the Brownsville Housing Authority (BHA).



b. PSN Green hopes to work closely with the Brownsville Housing Authority to try andimplement a requirement that the areas they helped to develop and manage must recycle. This requirement will help promote a strong “recycling culture” and will increase the probability of a successful...
