Present perfect
The present perfect in English is a verb tense that is used to refer to actions that happen in the recent past and that saved some relationship with the present. Its equivalent inthe Spanish language is the preterit perfect:
I have sent the letter.
(Indicates that the action has just happened)

In order to build the present perfect affirmative way must use as auxiliaryverb TO Han in present Simple and accompanied by the main verb in its past participle (whether regular verbs or irregular verbs):
I have bought a new dress.
You've studied the lesson.
He has brokenthe window.
She has lost the keys.
She has lost the keys.
Remember that the 3rd person singular should get the "S" on the side and it is the Simple Present.
Instead, to form a question we put theauxiliary at the beginning of the sentence, then the subject and then the main verb in past participle also:
Have I bought a new dress?
Have you studied the lesson?
Has he broken the window?
Hasshe lost the keys?

In this case not mentioned if I am traveling at the moment but it is certain that when the afternoon I'll be at myhouse.

By tomorrow, I will have gotten a new job.
(Para mañana, yo habré conseguido un nuevo trabajo)

Here is not expressed if doing job search but it is clear that when the next day I'll have anew one.
To build the affirmative use of this tense auxiliary verb TO HAVE at Future Simple followed by the past participle (see regular and irregular verbs) of the main verb, for example:
