MANAGEMENT REPORT

INTRODUCCTION

INTEGRAL CONSULTING ASSOCIATION S.A. – INCON S.A. is a company conceived within the organizations involved in IT, created in 1999 by a group of senior consultants in software implementation with many years of national and international experience in software implantation and highly recognized in thesoftware industry for their excellent service quality.

The main objectives of the company are:

  

Setting up a company to provide ERP implementation services. Providing quality services to customers, maintaining permanent satisfaction. Providing world class products, aimed at Internet and high technologies.

Their main objective is to give assessment services for public and privatecompanies in the field of marketing, computer services, advertising, promotion, statistics, systems, management, sales, insurance etc...

The Company’s Vision is being the leading company in the Latin American market providing complete business solutions with appropriate technology to allow them to fulfilling their needs and obtaining competitive advantages.

The Company’s Mission ismaking our customers as business partners where we get a clear understanding of their needs in order to offer them an appropriate business solution, being able to offer them adequate solutions, improving constantly our levels of quality, service and value keeping our organizational culture of innovation.

INCON S.A. is composed of 35 employees in an organizational structure of 3 levels of hierarchy;Board of Directors, General Manager, Administrative Staff and Operational Staff formed as explained below (see Diagram 1):



Board of Directors: Formed by 5 consulting associates, who hold the posts of: a general manager, an assistant manager, a financial manager, a technical manager and a consulting partner.



Administrative staff: Administrative director, accounting officer and anadministrative assistant.



Operational Staff: Composed by functional consultants and technical consultants. Functional consultants are responsible for supporting advisory services, implementation, training and support.

Technical consultants give support to all the activities related with development, installation and performance ofcustomer’s data bases. The INCON S.A.’s main office is located in Bogotá, Colombia.

In this office are located all the administrative operations of supporting but their principal operations takes place at the customer’s companies, ensuring them a good final result. That is why currently INCON S.A. has resources assigned in other cities of Colombia like Cali, Medellin or Cartagena in other tocover some countries of South America like Chile or Brazil.

The main products and services offered by INCON S.A. are: SERVICES  Technical and Functional implementation of applicative ERP – SCM – CRM
