Revision date: 26. February 2003
Below is a partial list of error codes which our customers have experienced in the past. We have provided along with these reported error codes, a reason the error may have been generated, as well as a possible solution to the error. If a possible solution to a problem described below, stated that the .Q1 and .Q2 files bedeleted then you may only delete the Q1 and Q2 files if you have Concept 2.0 or greater!!! With Concept 1.x, you must not delete these files because they will not be recreated when a project is reopened.
The following are abbreviations for Concept terms. The user may see these abbreviations as the first part of an error message. For example: AI 1304 refers to an Application Interfaceerror 1304.
The list below is an attempt to supply the user with error codes that have been reported by our customer base. This list is only a small subset of possible error codes generated from the Concept software. If you should experience an error that is not on this list, and it is unclear as to why it occurred, please note the circumstances and report this to our Technical Supportline so that we may add this information to our list.
