My name is Thomas, my dead friend by the name of Charles "Chuckie" Finster signed up to help out the police after this place went to hell, i dont even know how it happened
My mother died when i was 15, my dad isdepressed as fuck, taking more pills than i've ever seen. My friends, oh my dear dear friends broke up mid high school, Phil became a Nazi skin-head and is addicted to heroin, i've jailed him more than twice now.
His sister, Lilian, became a whore, its disgusting to even look at her now, i don't even think she recognizes me anymore. But hey, its worth the 5 dollars. Susanna is now a Doctor, shes still agood friend but she's being abused by her husband, i don't want to get involved.
Spike had a heart attack when i was 14, i think Dylan "Dil' " got hit by it the most, he was weird in High, but now, jesus christ. Dil', became a Scientologist, joined a cult, i shouldn't of been surprised. Aliens was always his thing. He was able to quit, but his mental heath was shattered, he committed suicide 2months ago.
My cousin, Angelica, now goes by An. Pickles. Not sure why. Mid highschool, when the group broke up, she went nuts. No one truly liked her outside the group, i tried to lend some support, but I couldnt. I hate the whore, epically now. She killed my best friend. Anyhow, she went through "Phases" Goth, became a skinhead and dated Phil, a whore, everything.
I guess she just finallysnapped>Gang wars broke out over drugs, it was like a battlefield outside, I can still remember seeing Phil's place being burnt down. His widowed mother crying while being burnt to a crisp, his dad came out being gay 2 years earlier and left for Delaware i believe. After all of that, the neighborhood was destroyed, wrecked, i had to sleep in the old tree house along with all of my shit. After somethings were rebuilt by the state, i was able to return to my house only to find out that Chuckie's dad got killed, i guess thats why we joined the cops.
Now then. As i saw my friend fall to the floor i could hear Angelica's disturbing laughing. Someone hit me over the head, when i awoke i was in one of the dirtiest parts of the neighborhood.
The Park.
The Park, me and the gang used to comehere often. Now its a nesting ground for some of the junkies, the cultists, everything. I'm walking past a crying prostitute who cant be older than 10. Fuck. As i walk cautiously i see many familiar faces. Thankfully im not in my police gear, i'd be dead by now. Some kid pulls me over, around 14, asks for money, i can easily see a gun.
I'm walking away from a crippled kid, around 14, asking for help. I'm tired of this place, i need to clean it. 2 days later, i still haven't told Kimi, I've been avoiding her. Charles is still nowhere to be seen. I made a plan to clean this shit hole up. Access to equipment is easy. The police stationhas been loaded since the gang war.

After looking around the city i for clues, Lilian told me she heard something about Chuck's body being in the abandon toy store. Almost 3 feet away from her door, walking away, i hear a gunshot.
