Hello, everyone!

This day’s recipe is something that I have seen around a lot in my family’s baby showers and parties, and I have always wanted to eat: The Sandwichon.

“Not quite asandwich, and not quite a cake”, this beauty was meant to inspire and wonder in your guests as you served them up perfectly “frosted” portions of supper. Or bridge snack, whichever you prefer.

Inall it’s glory, indeed.

What are you going to need?

INGREDIENTS:
-24 slices of white bread, crusts removed
-6 slices of ham
-6 slices of American cheese
-2 pounds of chicken blended with thejuice
of jalapenos peppers can
-1 20 oz. can of chunk pineapple
-1 12 oz. can of jalapeno peppers
-2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
-1 12 oz. bottle of mayonnaise

PREPARATION:To assamble the sandwichon
*In a 12x15 pan, cover the bottom of the pan with layer of bread and cover it with mayonnaise.
*Next, add a layer of chicken , then another layer of bread.*Repeat the procedure with layers of chesse and ham , and a layer of bread between each one.

When you have your sandwichon assembled…*Mix the cream cheese with all the juice of the can of pineapple. Then cover the sandwichon with the mixture
*Garnish the top of the sandwichon with pineapple and jalapenos peppers.Hooray! The sandwichon being filled.
Ta-da!  The finished sandwichon frosted with cream cheese.

*Slices and serve with fried potatoes.

This was an interesting recipe.  Iwould have to say that this meal was by far the less work out of any I had made, but it was also by far the best.

The verdict: Surprisingly Good
The combination of the flavors in this oneended up being pretty tasty.  I have noticed that a good taste by its flavors. This sandwich was definitely unique.  I even liked the exotic taste of the cream cheese with the pineapple and jalapenos...
