The security Council:

Alarmed by illegitimate actions taken by the United States of America,the UK, Norway, Poland and Australia, nations which deliberately invaded the Republic of Iraq,

Deeply regretting the inflexible attitude adopted by the U.S. during the sessions of this SecurityCouncil,

Recalling the fact that it represents, a violation to the United Nations charter when not respecting a country’s sovereignty,

Confident that their wont be a possible realisticsolution for peace achieve by the means of an armed conflict

Emphasizing the urgency to put an end to the international crime the United States of America committed against the republic of Iraq,Fully aware of the gravity that an armed response would bring to the world, and the chaotic and catastrophic consequences that it would bring to the Iraqi people, and the instability, and the enormousloss of lives that this invasion will make,
Seeking to maintain the rights of the people of Iraq,
Having studied the entire situation with utmost care,

Condemns the actions taken by the USA byinvading the territory of Iraq,
Draws the attention of the focus of the conflict, being Iraq, and deplores the invasion,

Has resolved to take the following actions as a sanction to these nations,a) The People's Republic of china will proceed to lower it's currency in a 7.5%, in order to encourage private investors to bring their capital out of the US, into the PRC, and having as aconsequence the outflow of capital from the US and other nations,
b) The Russian Federation ,the Republic of China will offer economical support to the republic of Iraq in the time of the course of the...
