Paseo Santa Lucia is a canal or artificial river and pedestrian pathwayis located in the first frame of the city of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon,northeastern Mexico. The play opened on September16, 2007 byPresident Felipe Calderon Hinojosa, the governor of Nuevo Leon JoseNatividad Gonzalez Paras and the mayor of the city of Monterrey,Adalberto Madero.
