RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Acqua Resort complex
Acqua Condominiums – Unit # _________

CHECK- IN – TIME IS AFTER 2:00 PM AND CHECK –OUT IS 12:00 PM

This a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking is not permitted inside or on patio’s.

PETS are not permitted in rental units unlesspreviously approved. $50. Per pet fee applies. All pets must be on leashes at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up of any/all pet refuse inside the unit and all common areas. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.

We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by anadult guardian or parent.

DAMAGE / RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage / reservation deposit of
$_____________is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security / damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; how ever, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided thefollowing provisions are met.

No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear, and no missing property.
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in outside trash can located on your way out to the pool area. Soiled dishes are cleaned and put away. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked. No linens are lost or damaged.

Air conditioning is turnedoff and ceiling fans are left running on low.

PAYMENT – An advance deposit payment equal to______% of the rental is required upon reservation to hold the condo. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of paypal payment made to my email __________________________ the advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirtydays (30) days before your arrival date.

CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made with 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellationor early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in,
