1, a) Target audience is meant by the people of whom the advertisement is aimed at. E.g. A manufacturer of IGCSE revision books would make anadvertisement and their Target audience for the advertisement would be children between the ages of 13-16.
b) I believe that for Thomas Ltd should use firstly cinema as an advertising media as, it makesa very big impact to the audience as it uses movement and sound it can also be very life like if actors are used and if they use cinema they can easily target their advertisement at movie loverswhich is the people that will buy their product. Secondly I think that they should use Internet as an advertising media as they can be very specific to which audience will see the advertisement. Theadvertisement will be able to be seen all over the world, there can be a direct link with the advert and the shop so it would be easy to purchase the product straight from the advert, and depending on whatwebsite the advertisement is put on it can be reasonably cheap.
c) Thomas Ltd should use the Internet as an advertisement media for the blank CDs as they can be very specific with the audience,Thomas Ltd would have to place this advert on a website that is to do with music or where people will be likely to buy the product go. I don´t think they should use cinema though, I think they should usethe radio as usually the people that listen to the radio like music. If they heard the advert they would think that they would be able to burn the songs he or she likes on to the blank CD.
2, a) FixxLtd should advertise for the wanted new staff using the media Internet. This would target the audience that work on computers and use internet. This means that they will be able to hire better peopleas they will be used to working on computers and on internet.
