1.) Colocar dos espaciadores en una tabla:
1.) Lay two spacers on a table:

2.) Fijar un tope del tubo en unextremo de la tabla:
2.) Clamp a tube stop on one end of the table:

3.) Coloque el lado a lado con los tubos de los extremos a tope hasta el tubo de tope:
3.) Lay the tubes side by side with theends butted up to the tube stop:

4.) Along the edge tubes of the tube stack measure and mark at a distance of ½ of the tube length minus ½ the tape width. This is the location of the edge of thetape

For example: if the tube is 40 ¾ inches. Use 40 ¾ divided by 2 equals 20 3/8 inch. Then subtract ½ inch from the 20 3/8 equals 19 7/8 inch from the upset end of the tube.

5.) Limpiar con disolvente y luego raspar los tubos en la zona centro en preparación de la cinta adhesiva. Puede que tenga que marcar los tubos después de haber limpiado.
5.) Clean withsolvent and then scuff the tubes in this center area in preparation for the adhesive tape. You may have to mark the tubes again after cleaning.
