1) What do you think are the main advantages of hiring a friend?
A: the advantages of hiring a friend is that person that Iknow her in a while, another advantage is that because he's my friend I can trust him because if I have to leave the company I know I canleave the office until am.
2) If you were a small business owner, would you consider hiring your closet friend to work for you? Whyor why not?
A: if I own a small business is to hire my friend because he is the most reliable I know and I can put something agreedwe could make in the company to remove it later to make it one of the best companies in this area and also because my friend is alwaysgoing to be helping you with your needs and also would help, so I hire my closest friend
3) If your closest friend became your boss,how would this affect your relationship? How do you think your friend might change?
A: if my friend is my boss does not affect ourfriendship because we get along and have rarely had problems in that one is the other's head as it is for example in a group chat so I donot think that because he is my chief affect our friendship because the best friends help and not argue over anything that happens.
