Real Estate investment project in Chile

DESCRIPTION

This project covers the following areas:• The purchase and sale of houses and apartments
• Acquisition of land for building
• Purchasing houses and apartments at auctions
• Acquiring lands and selling them in lots or subdivisions
•Acquiring run-down houses and apartments for refurbishment

After some research and studying the current market and economic situation in the country, we can claim that the profitability of allpurchases and sales that were above mentioned fluctuates between 30% and 50% of the amount invested in each property.

MARKET

The property market is targeted at all kinds of public, given that it is abasic need for private and commercial use.
Our short-term goal is to purchase and sell assets to a middle class segment, mainly young professionals in a given geographical area. We can later extendthis nation wide, to the different geographical markets within the country.
It is necessary to study housing demand by geographical zones. We would like to concentrate in the south and center of thecountry, in light of the consequences of the recent earthquake that affected that part of the country in February 2010.
The real state market is currently developing, and that guarantees us a housingdemand that has never been seen before. All of the above leads us to forecast successful investment opportunities.

DEVELOPMENT

For starters, the investment will have the backing of lawyers,architects, engineers, and any other person that is involved and can contribute to the real estate investment business.
