Tessitura pertile

TESSITURA PERTILE has been founded by the Pertile family, actually at the second generation, in 1954 in Chieri, near Turin, an area of textile production since medieval times.

In these 56 yearsof existence, Tessitura Pertile ha\s specialised in the production of middle/high and high quality Jacquard fabrics for bedlinens, home decoration and upholstery. All fabrics are woven with naturalfibres as Egyptian cotton, silk, linen and cashemere, being the care for natural fabrics a central focus for our company since its origin and particularly in the past fifteen years.

Just recently weobtained also the Certification for the production of organic cotton to further specialize in the pesticides-free, environment & health friendly fabrics for bed linens and home decoration.
Ourproduction is actually mostly oriented to top quality Jacquard fabrics for sheets, duvet covers, bedspreads and for home decoration.
The fabrics we produce are mainly yarn dyed jacquard in cotton,linen, silk ,cashmere, and we weave fabrics up to 330 cm wide. Our looms are equipped with large size jacquard machines. We can weave repeats of 70 cm and we can also weave a one repeat fabric 305 cm widewith 70 threads per cm in the warp to make patterns as wide as the duvet cover or the sheet, or bedspread size.
The range of our production includes light fabrics for bedsheets/duvet covers with athreadcount of 1000/sq. inch and a pattern repeat of 70 cms. We have in stock percale and sateen from 300 to 1000 threadcount to be piece dyed and coordinated to the jacquard fabrics.
