Introduction
As we were looking for a research topic, we saw that we needed to choose a reachable issue and that it will be better if it was a specific topic related with our rhythm of life, because on that time Blackboard was failing a lot and the entire weekend we were not able to use it, impacting us how are we dependent on the system.That’s how we chose to research about failures in Blackboard and how do they affect in student’s psychological habits, even Blackboard provides many advantages.
We recognized that students change their schedule, their behavior and their mood because of failures and we would like to discover how to solve this problem.
The topic impacted us, but we want to know how it affects the entire school and tomake a plan for future failures in Blackboard and to prevent solutions to take advantage of the situation and to use the technology in a good way and to find what can we do instead of using Blackboard.

Problem Statement
As students of ITESM Matamoros, we have access to a platform called Blackboard Academic Suite. It is a network where teachers and students may interact, share information,uploads homeworks in order that students have a better academic system, learning easier, having the information sources in any place and easily.
But all this magic ends when a failure in Blackboard occurs. Students don’t know what to do, change their mood, their schedule, get stressed and prefer to not do anything because their world closes and gets over.
Problems begin when failures affectstudent’s grades, because they don’t know how to react and communicate with teachers when this situation happens.

Research Questions
-How much time do students lose with a failure in Blackboard?
-How do students frequently react?
-What’s the difference between reactions of students from different groups?
-Which students get more stressed?
-How much time do students take to make decisionsfor not affecting their grades?
-How much time do students waste to return to their normal mood?

Goals
*General:
-To evaluate how people often reacts when a failure in Blackboard occurs in ITESM Sede Matamoros at high school level in 6th semester.

*Specific:
-To determine how much time students lose when a failure in Blackboard occurs.
-To describe the most common reactions of students.-To analyze the differences in reactions between students in different groups, with different teachers and subjects.

-To analyze the time that students take until they return to their normal mood.
