And is not meant to betray or condemn the common people, only to single out a group of criminal minded authority s’ who are responsible for the mess and sufferings in this country s, and is meant only to portray my own experiences in the almost 30 years of living amongst them. I have token the liberty of changing most of the real names, to protect the rightsof a certain group of people and some professionals from whom I have learned a lot about South and Central America, and have worked with accordingly except as noted any resemblance of the characters in this book to actual.
