Child abuse has been a problem for a long time for families and the world in total. It is a neglectful and unforgivable act committed mostly by parents and/or familymembers. Many children suffer due to this and it is a crime that must be dealt with. There are many effects to child abuse. This essay will talk about those problems and how it affects the children.The victim will be affected emotionally. You will notice that a child who has suffered emotional abuse will go into a state of depression and will not talk to anyone. He can have a lack ofconcentration during class or anywhere else. One effect that will affect a lot is eating disorders. Not only does this affect his emotional health but his physical health as well.

The scariest, the mostgrotesque and selfish of all is sexual abuse. There have been many cases link to this type of abuse which is deemed unpleasant. It can cause drastic changes in appetites, bed wetting or nightmares.He/she will show signs of excessive aggression towards others. Most particularly, he/she will be afraid or even hate the person who abused him/her from that day forward.

Physical abuse is the mostnoticeable type of abuse in a victim. He will most likely have scratch marks, cut, bruises or welts on their bodies. It will cause a great fear of adults and this will be a great problem in schoolbecause the teachers are… adults. The victim will also show sign of anti-social behavior around others and will not interact at all. This is one of the most painful of all and the one most people cannotstand at all.

To conclude, child abuse is a horrible thing in nature. People should gather and fight against child abuse. If you are a victim or know of someone who is being abused, tell someoneand don’t keep it to yourselves. Child abusers should take psychological therapy or have family group sessions with their kids.
