The Way You Live, The Way You Work
First of all, thegovernments stablished the working schedule regulate the payment for each job. It is important to notice that the laws protect the employee more than theemployer. Also, there are many people in charge of controlling these. For example, in Quito over 500 factories have been visited to check if all the employeeshave a social security and if they work just 40 hours a week.
However, before the Industrial Revolution, a lot of people were replaced by machines. Sincethen, a lot of job opportunities have been reduced. For example, in the past for making a product at least 30 people were needed. Nowadays factories just need10 employers to do the same job.
Moreover, people have to work much harder to succeed in life. People need to study a lot to achieve the same places that inthe past where occupied by people with a bachelor degree. This pressure is making people work too hard.
All things considered, people have to work hard sothey can fulfill their families needs. People have to decide either to support their family economically or to spend time with them. Furthermore, jobopportunities make work conditions much difficult, and as far as I am concerned people have to work harder to achieve what they need but also what they want.
