GLOBALIZATION REFERS TO THE HOSPITALITY MARKET
New trends in consumer behavior indicate that is increasingly demanding anddissatisfied. For this service, when offered the product on the market must be more competitive. Accommodation services is very complex because it’s could you be innovating every day, for what the customerneeds.
I found that globalization refers to the hospitality comes from "Amadeus", many hotel companies depend on it. In my search most common market with Russia, China, India and the Golf area. Butobviously depending on the area does not carry the same the same process. Because it must take into account each country, their religion, traditions, the purchasing power, exchange rates and politicalconditions. Globalization it is very important, but success depends on how you make the changes and are carried out in each segment of the hospitality.
The economy and growing markets offer betteropportunities. So customers can be more informed, and they will demand more services depending on your personal needs.

For me is very interesting project carried out by Amadeus, so you know the problems and needs that sitting in front of every hotel segment. Amadeus investigated throughinterviews with employers, consultants and researchers and managers who are related to information technology, revenue management, marketing and sales.
