Justin Franks is an American DJ and producer (born in Colorado, USA) he began mixing records and later he started to do remixes in 2003.
After some years, since 2008 he has reached alot of fame for working with huge singers like Madonna, Enrique Iglesias, The Black Eyed Peas and many more.
In 2010 he produced the song “Yeah 3x” for Chris Brown which was a big success and openedfor him more doors to work with more stars.

“Yeah 3x” is a song recorded by the american artist Chris Brown andproduced by DJ Frank E. The song was the lead single from Brown’s fourth studio album F.A.M.E. and it was released on October 2010. Brown said that he recorded this song for his pop audience as he hadbeen doing a lot of mix tapes and urban records.
Musically, this song mixes dance, pop, electro and house; also it uses a video-game type beat and a thick bass line. The critical reception was goodbut some critics noted its similarities to Brown’s song “Forever” and also a UK artist, Calvin Harris, denounced that DJ Frank E stole the rhythm of his song to compose Brown’s song.
Later Harristalked with Brown and he was added to the credits for composers of the song.
