The 2 companies I chose for my project are Ticket Corner and The Body Shop. Both of them have a platform to purchase things online and The Body Shop allows returning products.

Ticket Corner
Ticket Corner ir a company that offers: tickets, events, concerts, ski tickets & ski passes for over 15,000 events available daily. It exists not only in Switzerland but alsoin: Bulgaria, Finland, Itlay, Croatia, The Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Germany, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary and United Kingdom.
The website for this company in Geneva is www.ticketcorner.ch and is very easy to find in Google, Yahoo, or any other search engine.
The page has a very good design. It is very easy to find what you are looking for,because you are able to search for what you are looking specifically in a special field at the beginning in the right corner on the top, roll down the page and see the ads of the upcoming events that the page puts, or also you may search by city, category, venue, artist name or time period.
The content is shown very good and clear. You see the name of the artist or whatever you are looking for, theaddress of where the show or event is going to take place, and the starting price of the tickets.
All the information displayed in the website is refreshed every day so you only have the best information about the upcoming events.
The website is available in 4 different languages (Dutch, French, Italian and English) which I think is very important because customers are not always from thatcountry and so they need the information in other languages because it is very difficult to buy something on a website if you don’t understand what you have to do. Having the website in different languages I think is great and can help the page attract more customers.
My experience
What I bought in ticket corner were 2 tickets for the concert of Shakira. I knew about this page because of a friend, Igoogled it and got into the page. It was very easy to find.
Finding the tickets was not that easy, but not because of the page. It was because they were sold out so I had to get many times in page until I finally found some tickets available. When finally found them, I bought 2, one for a friend and one for me.

First of all you need to choose the event, put how many tickets you want (inthis case there were only 2 different kind of tickets: 75 CHF or 90 CHF), then they make you open an account with your details (name, phone number, email, phone, etc).

For delivery you can choose either to send it in Switzerland or Liechtenstein (9.80 CHF), shipping to Germany and Austria (9.80 CHF), any other foreign countries (21.50 CHF) or print them at home (3.50 CHF).

After that they offeryou a cancellation insurance to be protected in case you fall ill just before the event, or manage to have a car accident on the way to the stadium. Its cost is 3 CHF per person and you can decide if you buy it or not, is not necessary but is the only way the company will return your money because otherwise no changes or refunds are accepted, except that the artist cancels the event or the gameis rescheduled and then you get a ticket for another day.

After all this, all you need is to pay, I did it with a credit card. The terms and conditions of the purchase are showed to you right down before you click to pay, you just need to put that you agree and go (of course it is your responsibility if you read them or not). Once you've paid you get a confirmation email sent to your accountwith the date, time of event, order number, and after maximum 7 working days you get your tickets and ready! That’s it!.

For the customer service what I can say is that it is very good. They have the part of questions and answers with a search box so you don’t have to read everything and find things quicker. Most of the FAQ sections are very long and mostly with insignificant questions, but here...
