RESUMEN

La siguiente investigación analiza ciertos contratos de comercio y recopila los
fundamentos más importantes de cada uno deestos, tales como:
Concepto, caracteres, clasificación, derechos y obligaciones de las partes,
importancia en la actualidad, derecho comparado de cada uno de estos contratos y
regulación vigente.
Dicha recopilación tiene por objeto demostrar la necesidad inminente de reformar el
Código de Comercio ecuatoriano en la cual se analizan algunos de los proyectos de
reforma y de ley reformatoriaexistentes en nuestro país y se concluye exhortando,
que la Función Legislativa modifique, cree y unifique la normativa correspondiente a
nuestro Código de Comercio, con la finalidad de que exista un cuerpo legal
completo, ya que nuestra Legislación comercial es caduca, al

omitir varias

actividades de comercio imprescindibles en el mundo contemporáneo.

RESPONSE
The following investigation is amanual of certain trade contracts, where the most
important data are gathered of each one of these such ones as:
Concept, characters, classification, rights and obligations of the parts, importance at
the present time, compared right of each one of these contracts and effective
regulation.
This summary has for object to demonstrate the imminent necessity to reform the
Code of Ecuadorian Trade inwhich some of the reformation projects are analyzed
and of existent reformatory law in our country and you concludes requesting that the
Función Legislativa; it modifies, she/he believes and unify the normative
corresponding to our Code of Trade, with the purpose that a legal body of complete
trade exists, since our commercial Legislation is it expires, omitting several
indispensable tradeactivities in the contemporary world.
