RESUMEN
El Manual de Operaciones es una herramienta que nodebe de faltar en ninguna
organización y es un reto importante el poder contribuir con la elaboración del
Manual de Operaciones para la mejora de los servicios de seguridad privada que
presta la empresa SEISEPI BAJIO SEGURIDAD PRIVADA, S.A. DE C.V. con el
objetivo de definir actividades que permitan un mejor desarrollo y que tengan
tiempos a cumplir, mejora del trabajo individual y en equipo,duplicidad de
funciones y teniendo un orden jerárquico en el desempeño de las actividades,
logrando tener una satisfacción del cliente y contribuir a cumplimento de la
satisfacción del cliente, siendo objetivos con la información que se maneja para la
capacidad de adaptación e inducción de las personas que laboran o entran a
labora a la empresa o que están relacionadas con el desempeño, diagnostico,determinación, supervisión, control dirección de las actividades de la empresa. Se
considera que el generar la idea de tener actividades más claras y tener un
documento como el Manual de Operaciones tenga la misión de generar nuevos
manuales de manera más específica de acuerdo a cada área o servicio y que se
mas funcional de manera independiente debido que existen funciones generales
a desarrollar yhay funciones especificas determinadas por los clientes y
directivos de la empresa, así mismo teniendo como molde la idea y no dejar la
especialización del trabajo individual y en equipo.

ABSTRACT
The Operations Manual is a tool that should not be missing in any organization and
is an important challenge can contribute with preparation of the Manual of
Operations for the improvement of privatesecurity services provided by SEISEPI
BAJIO SEGURIDAD PRIVADA, S.A. DE C.V. with the objective of defining
activities that allow better development and have time to meet, improved individual
and team work, duplication of functions and having a hierarchical order in the
discharge of activities, managing to have customer satisfaction and contribute to
fulfillment of customer satisfaction,objectively with information that is handled for
adaptive capacity and induction of the people who enter to work the company or
are relating to the performance, diagnosis, identification, monitoring, control
direction of the activities of the company. Is considered that the generate the idea
of having activities clearer and have a document as the Operations Manual has the
mission to create new manuals morespecifically according to each service and
make it more functional of independent manner because exist general functions to
develop and there are specific functions determined by the clients and executives
of the company, also we having as template the idea and not let specialization of
individual and team.
