Consumers:
* Problem identification: thisfase starts when a consumer identifies a need or something that he wants. This needs or wants motivates the consumer so look for products or services depending on the situation.
* Informationsearch: after identifying the problem and that it can be satisfied by buyin a producto r a service. The next step will be to serch for information from bast esperiences and keep it so you can use it in thefuture.
* Evaluation of alternatives: it is difficult for consumer to compere brands, this is because all of them are good in different ways. First of all they look all the brands. Then theyevaluate each one and makes a smaller groupe. The thirs step will be o combine the evaluations creatting an attitud tower the Brand.
* Purchase: after having all the information, they still have tmake a decision of where they are going to buy it and when.
* Postpurchase evaluation: this fase depends on 2 things, the expectations the consumer had and the way the product was prefermed.Organizational:
* Recognition of a problem or need: this fase starts when somebody identifies a need that they could be able to satisfy.
* Search for information about products and suppliers: inthis fase, it is necesary to do the item’s design, quality and preformance.
* Evaluation and selection of suppliers: during this time you have to look for suppliers that are going to be able toreach the quality your looking for your product.
* Purchase decision: in this fase, you do agreements with the suppliers in can be small or long term contracts.
* Postpurchase evaluation andfeedback: during this time the material is delivered, so the buyer determines if the product have the quality necessary, and then decides if it reaches their expectations.
