This Standard was prepared by the Standards Australia Committee QR-008, Quality Systems.
This Standard is identical with, and has been reproduced, from ISO 10006:2003, Quality management systems – Guidelines for quality management in projects.
The objective of this Standard is to provide guidance on quality system elements, concepts andpractices for which the implementation is important to, and has impact on, the achievements of quality in project management and supplements the guidance given in AS/NZS ISO 9004:2000.
As this Standard is reproduced from an international Standard, the following applies:
(a) Its number appears on the cover and title page while the international Standard number appears only on the cover.
(b) In thesource text ‘this International Standard’ should read ‘this Australian Standard’. (c) A full point substitutes for a comma when referring to a decimal marker.
