since the first forms of human organization, the possession and domain of the land has been a reason of diverse struggles
Mexico could not have extrated from this problem and has been a reason of two big movements armed like the Independence and the Mexican Revolution. We will analyze three big moments of our history
Pre-Hispanic epoch Is characterized because the scheme of property of thethis land related to the social organization: Communal Earths (Capulli) · Earths Administered by the State (Altepetlalli) · Earths of Private Property (Pillalli)
· Colonial Epoch Like consequence of the existence of the commission created big large estates in half-caste and indigenous where they were submitted to a regime of labor explotation.
· Independent Epoch :The distribution of the landsbetween the own Spanish was inequitable. Likewise they began to do more well-known the differences in the social classes for which people like HIdalgo headed the revolt in opposition to the Spanish Crown that he would conclude finally with the Independence in 1810, nevertheless a new problem appeared: how to distribute the land? Because there not stopped existing the large estates non themechanisms of explotation of the land. This situation gave guideline to the expedition of two laws: 1.-The Lerdo Law 2.-Law of Nationalization of Goods .
These, had as principal function make possible the distribution of the lands to who really it worked them given to a great number of persons a piece of land to cultivate.
In case of Mexico the right to be an owner of the land has suffered innumerablemodifications, the most equitable distribution of the land being looked nowadays, being in this respect that in Mexico the important thing is not only to grant

Desde las primeras formas de organización humana la posesión y dominio de la tierra ha sido causa de diversas pugnas.
México no se ha podido extraer de este problema y ha sido causa de dos grandes movimientos armados como lo fueron aIndependencia y la Revolución Mexicana.
Analizaremos tres grandes momentos de nuestra historia
Época Prehispánica
Está caracterizada porque el esquema de propiedad de la tierra esta relacionada con la organización social:
Tierras Comunales (Capulli)
 Tierras Administradas por el Estado (Altepetlalli)
 Tierras de Propiedad Privada (Pillalli)
 Época Colonial
Como consecuencia de laexistencia de la encomienda se crearon grandes latifundios en donde mestizos e indígenas fueran sometidos a un régimen de explotación laboral.
 Época Independiente
El reparto de las tierras entre los propios españoles fue inequitativa.
Así mismo se comenzaron a hacer mas notorias las diferencias en las clases sociales por lo cual gente como Hidalgo encabezó la rebelión en contra de la CoronaEspañola que concluiría finalmente con la Independencia en 1810, sin embargo se planteó un nuevo problema ¿Cómo repartir la tierra? Porque no dejaron de existir los latifundios ni los mecanismos de explotación de la tierra.
Esta situación dio pauta a la expedición de dos leyes:
1.- La Ley Lerdo
2.- Ley de Nacionalización de Bienes
Éstas, tuvieron como principal función el hacer posible elreparto de las tierras a quienes efectivamente las trabajaba dotando a gran número de personas de un pedazo de tierra que cultivar.
