CONTEXTO DE LA INTEGRACIÓN ESCUELA-COMUNIDAD EN LA
ESCUELA INTEGRAL BOLIVARIANA “FRANCISCO DE MIRANDA”

RESUMEN
El propósito de esta investigación fuecaracterizar el rol del docente como promotor social en el
contexto de la integración escuela-comunidad en la Escuela Integral Bolivariana “Francisco de
Miranda” ubicada en el caserío Cabimba del municipio Peña estado Yaracuy. La investigación
desarrollada fue sustentada desde el paradigma interpretativo, para comprender la conducta de las
personas estudiadas, que en este caso estos estuvieronrepresentados por 7 (siete) docente que
laboran en dicha institución, por lo cual fueron considerados informantes claves. Se apoyó en el
diseño etnográfico para darle el significado desde el análisis al rol del docente como promotor
social, mediante la observación y descripción de lo que éstos hacen, cómo se comportan y cómo
interactúan entre sí, para describir e interpretar el desempeño y cómo éstospueden variar en
diferentes momentos y circunstancias. Como métodos de análisis se empleó el método
comparativo constante y la triangulación, concluyéndose que desde la teoría de Luhmann y los
postulados del Ministerio del Popular para la Educación, los docentes no cumplen con el rol de
promotores sociales.

THE ROLE OFSOCIAL TEACHING AS AN ENGINE IN THE CONTEXT OF
SCHOOL-COMMUNITY INTEGRATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL
BOLIVARIANA "FRANCISCO DE MIRANDA"

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to characterize the role of teachers as a social promoter in the
context of school-community integration in the Bolivarian Comprehensive School "Francisco de
Miranda" located in Cabimba village (Yaracuy state).Developed research was supported from the
interpretive paradigm for understanding the behavior of the people studied, which in this case these
were represented by 7 (seven) teachers working in this institution, which were considered key
informants. He leaned against the ethnographic design to give the meaning from the analysis to the
teacher's role as social activist, through observation and descriptionof what they do, how they
behave and how they interact with each other, to describe and interpret the performance and how
these may vary at different times and circumstances. As methods of analysis used the constant
comparative method and triangulation, concluding that since the theory postulates Luhmann and
the Ministry of Popular Education; teachers do not meet the social role of promoters.Keywords: Role of the teacher, social activist, school-community relationship.
