3 Idiots: Everyone is a good students if we study something that we love and that if there is something that we arepassionate but we cannot do is because we are afraid to try it and fail.
Dead Poets Society: a good teacher is not only the one who has the knowledge, but who cares about what happens to their students inand outside the classroom, motivate, captures their attention, innovative it, also is the one who make an effort to maximize their students strengths to achieve meaningful learning and as well beable to face daily life.
3 Idiots
• It made a strong critique about the typical teaching methods.
• Pressure it an important element in their way of teaching.
• It show true friendship andthat you have to try follow your dreams.
The movie show two different perspective of teaching method:
• First: educational perspective is based on a methodology focused on the academic,memorization becomes synonymous of intelligence, and is a more mechanical learning process; make "the difference" is not allowed.
• Second: the educational experience should be live it. In the ways thatfind your satisfaction of your own interests, skills and attitudes, no for accomplish a social requirement, for example only looking for money or an employment. The philosophy of this perspective isthat you just have to "Make your passion your profession".

• The film make an emphasis about the four main education pillars that are: the tradition, honor, discipline andgrandeur.
• Disciplinary and authoritative teaching is apply for teachers.
• Oppressed society.
• Show how is the creativity of the human mind in the art of expression not only written aspoems or novels, also as in the life’s expression.
• Teaching dynamically in an innovative way without authority and discipline was no allow.
