BILL OF LADING


BILL OFLADING is a proper shipping document that is used as
part of a contract of carriage of goods in a ship in regular service.
The purpose of this document is to protect the shipper and the
consignee ofthe cargo against shipping and reassure each party
regarding the behavior of the other.

Conocimiento de embarque es un documento oficial de transporte que
se utiliza como parte de uncontrato de transporte de mercancías en un
buque en servicio regular. El propósito de este documento es el de
proteger el cargador y el consignatario de la carga contra el transporte
marítimo y asegurara cada parte en relación con el comportamiento de
la otra.

PACKING LIST


It is a document issued by the exporter and provides information on
the specifications of each individual package of thetransaction,
based on the need for the content of each is properly identified to
the smallest technical details.


