CULTIVO DE ARROZ

RESUMEN






En el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo dar a conocer el cultivo de arroz , sus inicios en nuestro paísse da en el siglo XVIII, pero se fortaleció su comercialización y producción en el siglo XX, gracias a el clima con una temperatura de 22 a 30 grados centígrados en zonas con bastante humedad con un suelo arcilloso, su cosecha se realiza a maquinas usando combinadas o manualmente cortando con hoces y luego chicoteando sus lugares de producción son en la provincia del Guayas, luego en Manabí yEsmeraldas con el tiempo logro extenderse en la región Sierra con la debida aplicación de fertilizantes que siempre es recomendable regirse en base a los análisis de suelos con un debido control de la maleza para el buen cultivo , para su almacenamiento hay que usar bodegas limpias y desinfectadas completamente seco con no más del 12 % de humedad.

ABSTRACT







In the present work has as objective to inform rice, its beginnings in our country is given in the 18th century, but its marketing was strengthened and production in the 20th century, thanks to the climate, with a temperature of 22 to 30 degrees Celsius in areas with enough moisture with a clay soil, its harvesting is doneto machines using combined or manually cutting with sickles and then chicoteando their production sites are in Guayas province, then in Manabí and Esmeraldas with the achievement time range in the Sierra region with the due application of fertilizer which is always recommended to be governed based on analyses of soils with a due to the good crop weed control, for storage must be used completelydry clean and disinfected wineries with not more than 12% moisture content.
