Up in the air

The story starts when I was sixteen. I was at “El Prat” airport with my family and some friends. Our destination was Rome, the airline wasVueling and the flight was delayed.

I had caught many planes in my life, and I hadn’t got any problems on the cruise. But the weather of that day was so strange,it also was the first flight that our pilot had driven.

In general, the flight was correct. The pilot took off well and during the cruise, I couldn’t sleepbecause there were a noisy people near me.

While I was sleeping, the plane entered inside a storm and starts troubling. We were over the Alps and the weatherwasn’t so calm; it was raining, the sky was very windy and also cloudy.

Suddenly, my brother who was sitting near me, woke me up. He told me that we werecrossing a storm, and the staff recommends us to seat the belt on. People were noisy and excited. Quickly I put my belt on and when all seem calm, the plane felt downlike “the dragon kan”.
People started shouting, and for a moment, I thought that It was the last day of my life.

At this moment, to get calm I closed myeyes, and tried to lied me for being and keeping calm. The result wasn’t so bad, I hadn’t shout anyway but I stared sweating.

Luckily, we arrive at Rome, and thetroubles had passed only ten minutes, but I can say, that I’ve never had more frightened than this day.

Nowadays, I remember the flight like an amazing andeventually story, but when I’m flying and the planes starts troubling, I feel nervous because I remember what happens to me the day that I was going to Rome.
