CONFORME A LO DISPUESTO EN EL ANEXO I DEL CONVENIO INTERNACIONAL PARA PREVENIR LA
CONTAMINACION POR LOS BUQUES, 1973, EN SU FORMA MODIFICADA POR EL CORRESPONDIENTE PROTOCOLO DE 1978 (En adelante denominado " El Convenio”)
IN RESPECT OF THE PROVISIONS OF ANNEX I OF THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION FOR THE PREVENTION OF POLLUTION FROM SHIPS, 1973, AS MODIFIED BYTHE PROTOCOL OF 1978 RELATING THERETO (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “ THE CONVENTION “)


NOTAS / NOTES

1.- El presente modelo se utilizará para el tercero de los tipos de buques indicados en el Certificado IOPP, es decir
" Buques distintos de los arriba mencionados". En cuanto a los petroleros y los buques no petroleros equipados con tanques de carga sujetos a la regla 2 (2)del Anexo I del Convenio, se utilizará el modelo B.
This form is to be used for the third type of ships as categorized in the IOPP Certificate, I.e. " ships other than any of the above". For oil tankers and ships other than oil tankers with cargo tanks coming under regulation 2 (2) of Annex I of the Convention, Form B shall be used.

2.- El presente cuadernillo acompañará permanentemente alCertificado IOPP. Este Certificado estará disponible a bordo del buque en todo momento.
This record shall be permanently attached to the IOPP Certificate. The IOPP Certificate shall be available on board the ship at all times.

3.-Cuando el idioma utilizado en el cuadernillo original no sea ni el inglés ni el francés, se incluirá en el texto una traducción a uno de estos idiomas.
If theLanguage original Record is neither English nor French, the text shall include a translation into one of these Languages.

4.- En las casillas se marcará con una cruz (X) las respuestas "sí" y "aplica", y con un guión (-) las respuestas "no" y "no aplica", según proceda.
Inserting either a cross (x) for the answer "yes" and "applicable" or a dash-for answer "no" and "not applicable" shall makeentries in boxes as appropriate.

5.- Las reglas mencionadas en el presente cuadernillo remiten a las reglas del Anexo I del Convenio, y las resoluciones se refieren a las aprobadas por la Organización Marítima Internacional.
