Abortion: a manner of murder or right.
At the moment that we listen the word of abort at least two main position comes our minds, one of them is abort a violation of the right oflife, the other refers to the right that a woman has over her body. I consider that the act of abort can be permitted in the following aspects: when the person is in a critical economicsituation; a woman violation; or if the baby has some malformation; and also, if the person is a teenager or a woman does not desire to be a mother.
First, under the speech of “lifeis a gift” and others ideas related with the catholic religion and the bible´s quotations such as “life is sacred” some people refuse abortion. The right of the life also is inviolate,even if, the fetus had not had shaped yet, because, it is a creation of God and, only for that reason, it is a human being. They say. Therefore, this people consider abort must bepenalized because this action attends with their ethic about life.
On the other hand, even though some people consider life is a fundamental right, they also consider other aspects,which the opponents of abortion have been avoiding, for example, the fetal malformation, or when a woman is in danger of death. These reasons are valid for a woman can interrupt herpregnancy because she must not be obligated to give birth to her baby. Consequently, they consider abortion is not a crime but also a right, at least, in these conditions.
Finally,beyond that abortion is a good or bad action, in my personal opinion, the way we perceive it has changed and it is not easier to say that abortion is a crime or right. So, we should takeinto account the physical, psychological, or economic situation, in which, the woman and also the baby are going on, and then, we can say if the abortion is permitted or not.
